Some Reminders
Happy Friday, everyone!
There is no school on Monday, January 18, 2010 in observance of Martin Luther King Civil Rights Day.
The school spelling bee 3rd & 4th grade match will be held on Tuesday, January 19th at 9:00 am in the south gym. Plan to come see Daniel, Matthew, and Alex show their spelling skills in competition with other 3rd and 4th grade spelling champs.
The final round of the school spelling bee will be on Friday, January 22, again at 9:00 am. Since we have such terrific spellers, I fully expect that one (or more) of them will be competing to represent our school!
Have a great holiday weekend, and see you at the spelling bees!

Our alternate (who will fill in if either Daniel or Matthew for some reason is not at the bee) is Alex, who is new to our class. The whole class did a very good job tackling some tough above-grade-level words. Good work, everyone!
