We had a great time on our field trip!  Thanks to all the parents who came along and made it possible.

We do have homework for tonight:

• Language Arts: Practice 28 (regular past tense verbs & spelling rules)
• Math:
• Worksheet P49 (models of 1,000)
• Worksheet P87 (record data from an experiment)
• Reading:  Read for 15 minutes

Students with Spelling List 2 have a worksheet to write their spelling words once in cursive and 5 times in print. This will be due Wednesday.

Homework 10/27/11; Field trip update

Because of our field trip tomorrow, we don't have written homework assigned. I am asking that students read for 15 minutes.

Field trip update

Remember that we leave here tomorrow at 9:00 am. for the Pioneer Arizona Living History Museum (or Pioneer Village).  Students should bring/wear:

1. A sack lunch (There is nowhere to buy a lunch near the Village)
2. Water
3. A hat
4. A light jacket
5. Closed, comfortable shoes with socks
6. Uniform shirt
7. Long pants
8. Something to carry their "stuff" in (water bottle, whatever they buy at the gift shop)
9. No more than $5.00 for the gift shop.

I'm looking forward to having a great time!
